I finally got around doing this project. I got my pattern on Tea Rose's blog here. Mine looks a little different because I added a row of flowers to my design.
I have another one of these coming up soon, so keep checking.

You can't really tell from the picture, but my T-shirt does look like Tea Rose's minus the fact that I have 1 more row.
