These Valentine puzzle cookies would be fun too. They were cut with a special cookie cutter but I'm sure you crafty people can improvise.
As always with sugar cookies, remember the dough has to chill in the refrigerator anywhere from 10 min to 24 hrs. To speed things up, I stick mine in the freezer for a bit.
