Earlier this week I was introduced to a wonderful organization that helps our troops by doing drives, collections, donations etc. You can go to their website here to see how you can help as an individual. I cleaned out the Halloween baskets and I'm sending them the extra candy that we have (yes, the stuff I've been munching on for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks). I'm also going to use my extra yarn and knit some scarves to send. I needed an excuse to knit and can't think of a better one than this!
