German and dutch pancakes

Look how fabulous these pancakes look! First is the German pancake:

Now you might think they are the exact same thing but they are not. The Dutch pancake should rise and eventually look like a bowl where as the German is more flat. Both are yummy and can be served with whatever toppings you would like.
