I kind of made this sauce up and the family liked it. Here is what you need:
1 jar of Alfredo sauce (any brand, any size depending on how much you want to make. If you are industrious, you can even make your own Alfredo sauce)
1-2 cups mushrooms, sliced (They can be any kind of mushroom you like but I used the white button ones. And being lazy, I buy them already sliced)
1 jar of baby artichoke hearts
Throw it all in a crockpot and cook on low for 4 hrs. Serve with noodles. Now mind you, they don't have to be the regular boring spaghetti noodles. You can serve spinach noodles, artichoke flour noodles, quinoa noodles etc. the list is long. I served mine with Jerusalem artichoke flour and quinoa noodles. You could also add 1 diced tomato to the sauce to add a little color. Delicious!
