Yumminess!

You have got to try these pancakes:

6 eggs
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
1 heaping Tsp Salt
2/3 C Sugar
1/2 C melted Butter
1 Quart Buttermilk
3 1/2 - 4 C Flour

Syrup:
1 C Sugar
1/2 C Butter
3/4 C Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Karo Syrup
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Vanilla

Pancakes: Mix all ingredients the night before and refrigerate. Make sure you add the wet ingredients to the dry. Cook 60-90 seconds per side in a 350-375 F skillet. (The batter makes a lot so you may want to think about making just half or freezing what you don't eat.)

Syrup: Mix everything in a saucepan except vanilla. Boil for 5 minutes but watch out, it will foof! Remove from heat and add vanilla. (I would not half the amount even if you half the batter.)

This is a copy cat recipe of Magleby's Buttermilk pancakes and syrup. We had only one left when I realized I should probably take a photo so please excuse the messy plate and the "artisan" pancake. They sure were delicious!
