Strawberry banana smoothie my style!

I decided to make the kids smoothies for lunch tomorrow. My strategy is to put them in empty little bottles, freeze and pull them out in the morning. By the time school lunch comes around, they'll be thawed enough to drink. Here's my recipe:

1 cup almond milk
1/2 to 1 banana
1 apple
handful of strawberries
abt 1 Tbsp flax seeds
a sliver of Beet
Honey to taste

I used my all powerful Blendtec blender so I made these in no time. I was tempted to throw in some tomatoes but maybe next time!
